NFkB 信號通路PCR芯片可用于研究參與NFkB 信號通路的84個關鍵基因的表達。通過該芯片,可以確定NFkB 信號通路在實驗樣本中是被激活,抑制還是沒有變化。芯片涵蓋編碼Rel,NFkB和I kB家族,NFkB-效應基因,活化這條通路的細胞外配體及受體,細胞內轉導信號的激酶和轉錄因子。NFkB介導的信號通路調控病毒的復制,自身免疫性疾病,免疫反應,腫瘤形成和凋亡等過程。芯片上還包括16個已經被實驗證實的線粒體能量代謝信號通路的生物標識物基因。這16個基因的表達水平可以通過公式計算得出經典NFkB通路活性的分數。利用實時定量PCR,研究者可以方便并且可信地對NFkB信號轉導通路相關的基因進行同時檢測。 NFκB Pathway: Ligands and Receptors: CD40 (TNFRSF5), CD83, EGFR, FASLG (TNFSF6), IL10, IL1A, IL1B, IL1R1, IL8, LTBR, NOD1 (CARD4), TLR1, TLR2, TLR3, TLR4, TLR6, TLR9, TNF, TNFRSF1A, TNFRSF10A, TNFRSF10B, TNFSF10.
