抗細菌反應(yīng)PCR芯片可用于研究參與真菌先天免疫反應(yīng)的84個關(guān)鍵基因的表達。三個不同家族的模式識別受體(TLRs,NLRS,RIG-I樣受體)啟動先天免疫,從而識別常見病原體如真菌等。在真菌感染的初始階段,TLR、NLR和其他PRRs可以識別真菌病原體的特征分子,如?-(1,3)-葡聚糖、甘露聚糖、幾丁質(zhì)。PAMP受體結(jié)合并激活先天免疫反應(yīng),啟動下游信號,并誘導(dǎo)炎性細胞因子的表達。對真菌相關(guān)的PRRs下游信號通路的了解還不全面,但最近的芯片研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了許多真菌感染初始階段的基因。這一芯片包含了參與真菌病原體識別的PRRS,代表其下游的信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路的基因,以及對白色念珠菌、曲霉菌或隱球菌感染反應(yīng)有關(guān)的基因。通過實時定量PCR的方法,研究者即能夠利用該芯片簡單可靠地同時檢測抗真菌反應(yīng)相關(guān)基因的表達,研究對真菌病原體的先天免疫的機制。
